Rewording a skill
The skill "Spirit World Retreat" (used by the Nornbear in the quest "Curse of the Nornbear" to teleport around the map to avoid you) should say "This skill cannot be interrupted." at the end of the description in game. I thought I could d-shot it and stop running around for 30 minutes trying to find the stupid Nornbear. I was getting frustrated, because I know I got it twice, at least, and it was not stopped. I know it says on wiki, I looked it up after I beat the quest, but I trusted Guild Wars to say what the effects of the skill are. A simple re-wording is all I ask, so that maybe some other poor sap won't be fooled like me.

My memory may be poor, but I think the first time I tried this, I interrupted the skill, but he teleported anyways. Can't be totally sure that's how it worked though, and your information says otherwise.
/signed for this, because if I were reading this skill for literally what it means, I would have killed the dumb thing the first time I saw it.

Well, all I know is that I know I hit the d-shot on the skill, and he tele'd anyways, and I was like "wow, interrupts don't work? why doesn't the skill say that?"

It's an anomaly.
All anomalies should be fixed.
Specially monster skills with missing, wrong or incomplete descriptions.

Heal Sig
Gain xxx health
But your technically "healed" for the health don't "gain" the health. Theres so many skills that are worded stupidly.
/signed fix them all

/signed, would be nice to give older condition remove skills something like: Remove all conditions, instead of Remove XX, YY, ZZ, GG and HH

It makes sense to reword the Spirit World Retreat skill as you mentioned.
And to Mitchel's point, I agree. I think Restore Condition has to have one of the most awkward skill descriptions ever.

Yeah, I definitely agree, just say "all conditions" instead of listing all of them. Purge Conditions is the same way, I believe.
